Whip Up a Delicious Chocolate Mousse

This one has an "unexpected" ingredient!

Love chocolate? Here's a healthy treat for those with a sweet tooth. And it's a great recipe for a dairy and gluten free diet.

Serving size: 1 cup (add ingredients accordingly to make bigger batch)

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe avocado
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup raw honey
• 1/4 cup almond milk (I used original)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: Puree ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled with strawberries, pretzels or as a stand-alone dessert.
