4 cans (regular size) bisquits (cut in quarters or bite size pieces)
Roll in cinnamon/sugar
Spray bundt pan, and toss sugared bisquit pieces in bundt pan. Kids love to do this part:)
Mix together:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks of melted margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
Bring the brown sugar mixture to a boil. Pour over bisquits. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
Take out of oven, and let cool for 5 minutes, then place a dish on top of bundt pan, and flip over. A beautiful, glossy, gooey mountain of Monkey Bread will appear on the dish, and make everyone say "oooh"!
