Pumpkin Pancakes

The smell of pumpkin pancakes in the morning are sure to put a smile on everyone's face!

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
  • 1 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts; optional
 
Mix all ingredients well, and cook on hot griddle until golden brown.  Makes 2 1/2 dozen 4-inch pancakes.
