This was a fun and easy art project that my kids and our friends did at the park one day. Both the younger and older kids had fun with this activity. We first set up all the paint colors into the egg carton then placed a marble in each color. A Facebook fan of our suggested using acorns, rocks, whatever nature is around you. Such a great suggestion! I think next time we'll try it with rocks that the kids have found.
Place a sheet of paper into the shallow box. After the marble is coated with paint, dump it with a spoon onto your paper and let the marble roll its color off onto the paper.Have fun!
